Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All custom orders require a 2-week notice. Orders placed with less than 2 weeks' notice must include a rush fee to be processed on time.

Shipping Time
Once your order is complete, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Summer Shipping Notice
Please note: We do not ship chocolate during the summer months (May–September) to prevent melting and product damage.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Metro Atlanta area. Please email Orders@elevensunflower.com to arrange a pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Eleven Sunflower is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist if a claim needs to be filed.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
