Q: How much notice do I need to place an order?
A: All custom orders require a 2-week notice. If your event is sooner, you can still place an order — just make sure to add the appropriate rush option during checkout.

Q: What’s included in each party favor bundle?
A: Each bundle includes 12 units of each selected item type (e.g., chips, drinks, candy, etc.). You choose your own combo from our menu — totally custom!

Q: Can I send a picture or theme for the design?
A: Yes! After checkout, upload your design files or reference photos using the “Upload A File” option at the bottom of the screen. You can also email them to Orders@elevensunflower.com.

Q: Do you ship everywhere?
A: We currently ship within the United States. For large orders or local pickup (Metro Atlanta area), please reach out before purchasing.

Q: Do you ship chocolate during the summer?
A: No — to ensure product quality, we do not ship chocolate during summer months.

Q: Can I customize every item in a bundle?
A: Absolutely! Every party favor is made-to-order and customized with your chosen name, colors, and theme.
